If you choose to stay in our regular Hotel, The Hotel Mijas, you will be only 2 minutes walk from the centre of one of the most beautiful Andalucian villages in the world, Mijas Pueblo, the ideal place to chill-out after a hard days riding.
There are many local bars and restaurants where you can try traditional Spanish food, wines and beers. But if you need a taste of home, there are a number of Indian Restaurants too.
Bring the Family
Motorcycle trail riding holidays traditionally attract groups of friends, but Mijas Pueblo is also an ideal place to bring the family too.
There are so many things to keep them occupied during the day while you are out on the trails. If they are not topping up their tan around the hotel pool Mijas has many beautiful streets lined with shops brimming with souvenirs and local wares such as ceramics, leatherwork, jewellery and paintings. One way to see the village is by the local taxi service, a donkey ride…
For the young and energetic perhaps they could spend a day at the Mijas Waterpark only 15 mins by taxi. With numerous slides, water pools and water jets there is endless fun to be had, or if a more traditional water experience is what you are after why not catch a bus down to the beach (1 Euro!).
Or try a different form of trail riding on an Andalusian Horse. Rancho La Paz caters for all level of horse rider from beginners to experienced and it’s got to be the second best way to see the area.
